Terms of Service

Welcome to CebuHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website application services provided by CebuHub Website Application Services, a business registered in the Philippines.


By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Description of Services

CebuHub provides technical SEO audit solutions via three primary tiers:


  • Free Shallow Audit: A one-time, 10-page automated scan per account, covering robots.txt and sitemap checks.
  • Paid Full Crawl: A self-serve product allowing full-site crawls up to a 10,000-page soft ceiling.
  • Professional Tech Audit: A direct-hire expert service involving manual audits and implementation guidance, fulfilled manually by the founder.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

  • Registration: You must sign in via email verification or Google OAuth to access any crawl services.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Single Use: The Free Shallow Audit is limited to one per account.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Merchant of Record: All in-app payments (Single Full Audit or Monthly Monitoring) are processed through a Merchant of Record (MoR) such as Lemon Squeezy or Paddle. The MoR acts as the legal seller and handles global tax compliance.
  • Direct Hire: Professional Tech Audits are billed manually via PayPal Business invoices and are not integrated into the automated platform.
  • Refunds: Payments for automated crawls are generally non-refundable once the crawl has commenced, given the immediate consumption of compute resources.

4. Acceptable Use and Security

To protect our infrastructure and third-party websites, you agree to the following:


  • Authorized Crawling Only: You may only initiate crawls on websites you own or have explicit permission to audit. Ownership verification (DNS or File-based) is required for scheduled/recurring monitoring.
  • Prohibited Actions: You shall not use CebuHub to perform malicious scans, bypass security measures, or violate the target website's robots.txt instructions.
  • SSRF Protection: All outbound fetches are subject to strict security protocols to prevent Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), including the rejection of private or loopback IP ranges.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Platform Ownership: All software, algorithms, and design elements of CebuHub remain the exclusive property of CebuHub Website Application Services (National).
  • User Data & Reports: You retain ownership of the raw data belonging to your website. CebuHub grants you a non-exclusive license to use the generated audit reports for your internal business purposes.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Service: Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee that the audit will identify every technical issue or that implementing recommendations will result in specific search engine ranking improvements.
  • Crawl Limits: Paid crawls are subject to a 10,000-page soft ceiling. Sites exceeding this limit must upgrade to a Professional Tech Audit for full coverage.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CebuHub's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Data Privacy and International Compliance

CebuHub processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. For users in the EU (GDPR) and other jurisdictions with strict data laws:


  • We act as a Data Processor regarding the website data crawled on your behalf.
  • Email addresses and account data are stored securely to provide service access.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
